Terms and Conditions

The customer shall ask for a valid printed receipt for any cash/ money deposited for any Bose product.

     

    1. Customer(s) for Audio for Video (A4V) products may request for a site visit on an upfront payment of Rs 1500 plus applicable taxes. This amount shall be adjusted if the desired Audio for Video (A4V)  product is purchased within 120 days of the site visit invoice.

     

    1. The customer acknowledges receipt of the product mentioned in the tax invoice in its current condition. Furthermore, the customer agrees not to dispute the product's condition at any point thereafter.

     

    1. Any refund/return in lieu of the purchased Bose products shall be subject to discretion of Ample. 

     

    1. Requests for changes to GST details on tax invoices issued to customers may be considered by Ample, provided that the original invoice is submitted within 7 days from the invoice date.

     

    1. The amount deposited as an advance for the purchase of products shall be utilized for purchase or refunded back to the customer in case of non-availability of the Bose product within 90 days (for AV products) or 45 days (for Non-AV products) from the date of cash/money deposited. Ample reserves the right to forfeit the advance amount after the expiry of the above mentioned period.

     

    1. As per Income Tax Act, providing a copy of Income Tax Permanent Account No. (PAN) is mandatory for all purchases of INR 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) and above. This may be subject to change as per prevailing tax regulations. 

     

    1. The customer must retain and present the original invoice to avail warranty and service support.

    1. All Bose Products shall cover 1 (one) year warranty respectively, from the date of tax invoice.

    1. Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or Recommended Retail Price (RRP) are subject to change without any prior notice. 

     

    1. Products can be exchanged for another product or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the items have not been opened and are in brand new, saleable condition. Transaction costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Once products are opened, they become ineligible for returns or exchanges.

     

    1. The entire value of Invoice price must be paid before delivery of product(s). 

     

    1. Legal and beneficial ownership of the Product(s) pass to the Customer once the Product(s) have been paid for in full and a tax invoice has been issued. 

     

    1. The Customer acknowledges that no employee or agent of the Company has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of the Goods other than as contained in the Manufacturer's warranty and service terms and conditions apply.

     

    1. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
    Cancellation by the Company


    The Company may, at its sole discretion, cancel any order placed by You for the following reasons:

    1. Your failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions of this TOU.

    2. Non-availability of the Product(s) with the Company.

    3. Technical errors or issues in the Payment by You.

    4. Invalid address or wrong address is given in Your order details.

    5. Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts made by the delivery partners.

    6. Multiple orders are placed for the same Product(s) at the same address.

    7. EMI offer is rejected by the bank.


    Pricing or specifications on any Product(s) shown on the Website is incorrect due to typographical error or incorrect information inadvertently provided by the Company or some technical glitch, resulting in incorrect pricing or specifications.

    At any event, the Company shall notify you as and when it exercises its discretion under this Section 11.2. Furthermore, the company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the exercise of its discretion under this Section 11.2.
