Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ample Retail Private Limited has partnered with Blue Dart - a leading logistics provider in India, to ensure that all our products reach you in the best of conditions with minimum to no damages. We ensure using the best quality Packaging Material from reliable vendors and ensure thorough testing of package-worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery of our products.
In rare cases where you are not satisfied with the quality of the product delivered to you, we welcome you to drop an email to support@soundscape.com or visit your nearest store, where we’ll look into the issue and address it on a case by case basis.
Ample is not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner (Delivery) and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all home delivery orders will be done to the Shipping Address mentioned while placing the order online and should reach you in a maximum of 4 to 5 business days.
- Ample does not charge any separate Shipping Charges in addition to the price shown at the time of placing the order.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd., its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any harm to our delivery person or damage to our products due to your fault or negligence.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Terms and Conditions for 2-Hour Delivery Service
Eligibility
To be eligible for our 2-hour delivery service, your delivery address must be within our designated delivery area of Bengaluru and Chennai For further clarity, the eligibility of the same can be checked in our shipping details section on the product pages
Delivery Time Frame
We aim to deliver your order within 2 hours from the time of confirmation. However, the delivery window may be subject to unforeseen delays, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Service Hours
The 2-hour delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next available delivery window.
Delivery Attempts
We will make one delivery attempt within the specified 2-hour window. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, additional delivery attempts may be made subject to extra charges.
Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made if the order is already being processed or dispatched.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the 2-hour delivery service, refunds and returns are subject to our Refund/Return Policy
Product Availability
The 2-hour delivery service is subject to product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a full refund.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses.
