 i. The special discount offer is valid only on purchase of Bose Ultra Headphone against exchange of old Bose/non-Bose headphones & earbuds.

ii. Customers should check the eligibility of the products they wish to exchange with the sales team at the Authorised Bose POS (Point of Sale) at which the offer is available.

iii. The exchange discount benefit is 15% on MRP of Bose Ultra Headphone.

iv. The offer cannot be extended to any other products or services from Bose or its Authorised Premium partners/resellers.

v. The discount applicable on the products is at sole discretion of Bose or its Authorised resellers and cannot be challenged or disputed.

vi. The offer is valid from 1st August 2024 to 31st August 2024 or till the stocks lasts, only at Authorised Bose Premium partner stores and selected resellers

vii. Any illegal action or unauthorized and intentional misuse of the said offer would attract a legal action and disqualification of the offer.

viii. The offer is only valid for the end use customers only.

ix. The customer availing the said offer may require executing a declaration, admitting the ownership of old product (to be extended in the trade up Programme) along with rights to transfer the same to Authorised partner.

x. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promo code/ offer in single order. Customer shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits / cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of these offers.

xi. All standard terms & conditions with respect to purchases made will be applicable. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.

xii. Bose or its Authorised resellers reserves an absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel these offers (in full or partial) at any time without giving any notice or without assigning any reason and shall not be liable for any loss, damages or compensation.

xiii. Purchase and redemption would be subject to availability at the time of purchase.

xiv. EMI offers (if applicable) may vary and are subject to the interest rates offered by different Banks / Financial Institutions. The respective Bank / Financial institution would solely be responsible for the EMI calculation, processing and related queries.

xv. In case of return of product, the offer shall not be extended to consumer(s) making the return. Returns are only allowed for products that are “Dead On Arrival”
