2. Upon receipt of the prebook amount, customers will be sent a confirmation email.
3. After the remaining payment is made on the launch day, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a unique digital voucher code.
4. The voucher can be used for subsequent purchase, however the voucher cannot be used for the SL Max Portable Speaker.
5. The option to use the voucher via EMI at checkout is only available for in-store purchases, not for online transactions.
6. The voucher cannot be redeemed for products that are already on sale.

8. The voucher is non-transferable i.e. the voucher cannot be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person and further it does not hold any cash value.
9. The voucher is valid until August 31, 2024, subject to stock availability. If the voucher is not used by August 31, 2024, it will be deemed to have been forfeited by the customer. No requests for extension of the validity period or redemption after the expiration date will be entertained.
10. The voucher cannot be redeemed against purchase of accessories.
11. Any dispute related to the voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
